We require a $300 refundable deposit upon completion of a signed contract with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to event. We also require proof of liability insurance, which is typically achieved through a one-day event rider on an existing homeowner’s policy. Set-up is available three days prior to event; takedown the day following event. Additional time may be available depending on scheduling.
