Venue fee of $3,700 includes:

  • (3)    72” round tables – seat 10

  • (14)  60” round tables – seat 8

  • 72” rectangular head tables

  • Padded wooden folding chairs

  • Assorted wooden chairs

  • LED barn lantern table lamps

  • Men’s portable toilet

  • Woman's’ portable toilet-only with sink

  • Rubbish / recycle containers

Setup and takedown at no charge

We require a $300 refundable deposit upon completion of a signed contract with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to event.  We also require proof of liability insurance, which is typically achieved through a one-day event rider on an existing homeowner’s policy. Set-up is available three days prior to event; takedown the day following event. Additional time may be available depending on scheduling.
